Felton Village Hall 100 Club

The Felton Village Hall 100 Club is a simple and enjoyable way to raise valuable funds to support the hall and its facilities. By joining the 100 Club, members help contribute to the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and running costs of the hall, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for the whole community. Regular prize draws offer participants the chance to win cash prizes while supporting a good local cause. All funds raised are reinvested directly into Felton Village Hall for the benefit of its users.

How it Works

Membership of the club is by subscription of £2.00 per calendar month and each £2.00 subscription is allocated one number in the monthly draw. Eleven draws have a £50.00 first prize, and a second prize of £25. The December draw has a £100.00 first prize, and a second prize of £50 (full rules will be given to you on receipt of your subscription).

Winner Notification

The prize winner is contacted by telephone or post and also published on the Parish Notice Board, the church magazine and on this website as soon as the draw has been made.

Interested in Joining?

If you wish to join, the following details will help: – By setting up a Standing Order payment with your bank for £2 per month per person per entry, either online or by Standing Order Request Form, you will be contributing to the cost of keeping your village hall. . If your number is drawn you will be contacted by the Treasurer with details of your winnings.

Please be aware that members of the 100 Club are entitled to 25% discount on private bookings for the village hall.

Felton Village Hall 100 Club Rules.

1)     The monthly draw will be known as Felton Village Hall 100 Club. (the club).

2)     Membership of the club will be by subscription of £ 2.00 per calendar month, and each £2.00 subscription will be allocated one number in the monthly draw. Only paid up subscriptions at the time of the draw, will be included in the monthly draw.

3)     There will be twelve monthly subscriptions in any one year. Eleven draws for a £50.00 and £ 25.00 prize, and one draw for a £100.00 and £50.00 prize. The draw for the £100.00 and £50.00 prizes will take place in December. The value and frequency of draws may be changed from time to time in order to reflect the financial support that the club is receiving. This will be a decision of the Hall Management Committee and will be communicated to all club members via the web site, church magazine, village notice board and social media.

4)     The draw will be organised by a member of the management committee on or before the second Sunday in each calendar month, and where possible at a function taking place at the Village Hall.

5)     The monthly winner and runner up will be contacted by letter, and their names published in the monthly church magazine, and on the village hall web site.

6)     Membership is open to any person that is able to subscribe at any time and their number/s will be included in the next monthly draw, following successful processing of their subscription.
